This will allow me to learn a little more about who you are, and what you are struggling with.

Move at your own pace

There is no set outline and you are always in control. You get to decide how often you wish to attend, the topics you want to discuss, and what you are willing to work for. Of course, I am here to listen, support and encourage you every step of the way.

How long are the sessions?

I am available for sessions that are 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

What does a session consist of?

The first session is the general “get-to-know-you” session. We discuss your presenting issues and I ask questions in order to get to know you better, learn how you think, assess your coping style and inquire more into what you want and need.
